STEM stands for Summer Teen Evangelistic Ministry. The purpose of this program is to give our teens hands on experience in missions. Both the training process and the trip itself offer them opportunities to live out missions. Each team member participates in evangelism, group projects, leadership, and teamwork. Checkout the videos below for a snapshot of our past trips.

The 2021 STEM team will be ministering to missionary families who serve with Baptist Mid-Missions all over the world. First Baptist Church of Elyria will be hosting the annual Baptist Mid-Missions Family Conference on July 5–8. The team will be running a Vacation Bible School for the missionary kids in K4–6th grade. The teens will be responsible to handle the decorations, singing, crafts, lessons, games, and more. Prior to this week of service, the team will participate in a short team building trip on July 1–3. We look forward to learning and growing together on STEM this summer.
